Foot care

Our feet have to endure a lot, after all they carry our weight throughout our lives and take us wherever we want. However, we often forget them when we take care of our bodies. We also don't only walk on shoes that are really good for our feet, think of shoes that are too small or too large or high heels.

So it makes sense our feet sometimes give us a shoutout, for example by causing pain. This is a signal that they need extra care.

So give your feet some extra attention and treat them occasionally with a nice foot cream or oil, a foot bath, scrub or a delicious massage! Your feet will be grateful!
