SYMPTOMS BLISTER
By friction of the skin in, for example, tight (but also too wide) shoes, a cushion of moisture is created between the upper and lower skin layers. We call this cushion a blister. If you have a blister, you can tap or puncture the blister. Always ensure that you disinfect the blister well when you puncture it.
TREATMENT BLISTER
It is of course better to prevent getting blisters. Good, fitting shoes are the most important, because this ensures less friction. In addition, moist skin is more vulnerable, so the drier your feet, the less chance of blisters. Good, dry socks are therefore important, as are other means to keep your feet dry, such as talcum powder or a product with aluminum salt (available at the pharmacy).
