Article 1 - Webshop
The webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and contributes its legal contribution to the Tax Administration. On our website you can find our KvK number and VAT number. You will also find our contact details.
Our webshop has a SLL certificate. This means that we comply with all legal requirements regarding the security of your personal information and payment information. We strive for a continuous improvement in the security of your data. In case of abuse by hackers we will report to the police.
We never provide your personal information to third parties. If we provide your personal information to third parties, we will always ask you for permission.
Since June 5, 2012, our webshop is required to ask you in advance about cookies. You will read more about this in our Cookie Policy.
We are obliged to report to the police in the event of suspected abuse or fraud.
The webshop has concluded professional liability insurance to cover any unlawful liability claimed by a customer.
We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about purchasing a product, our staff will be happy to help you.
You can subscribe to our newsletter. You will then be informed of our offers every two weeks.

Article 2 - Prayer time
You have 14 days of thought after the purchase of a particular product. Should you be dissatisfied with the purchase within this time, you can return the product to us without having to pay the product yourself. You only pay the shipping fee for returning the product concerned. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and your refunded amount will be refunded to your account number.
Products returned to us must be provided with the original packaging.
There are a number of products that can not be returned to us. Products that can not be returned to us within 14 days are food items, magazines and travel you have booked. For CDs and DVDs, the seal should not be broken. If the seal has been broken, unfortunately, we can not refund any money, or undo the purchase.

Article 3 - The agreement
The agreement between the web store and customer is final when the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions and has authorized the webstore to charge the money from his account when the customer has paid a payment via iDEAL or Paypal, or When an invoice has been sent to the customer afterwards. After the commemoration of
14 days have expired and the payment has been received by the webshop, the customer has become the owner of the product concerned.
The agreement has been reached electronically, by filling out the required fields and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
You are required as a customer to comply with your payment obligation at the webshop. If you do not pay within the stipulated term, you will receive a reminder. If you still have not paid after 14 days, you will be charged. Should you still have not fulfilled the claim due after several reminders, we will hand over the collection to a debt collection agency.
After you purchase, you will receive a written confirmation by email of your purchase. It contains the product you purchased, what it costs you and where you can get any complaints and comments.
We are obliged to provide you with the product or item within 30 days. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the item will not be delivered within this period, we will notify you in writing. After the expiry of these 30 days, you will be refunded to us the purchase price already paid. This can never be more than 50 percent of the total purchase amount. However, if you have indicated that a replacement item is also an option, we will provide you with a replacement product or item that meets your requirements as much as possible. Of course, you can tell in advance that you do not want to.
Delivery of products abroad may take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The
Costs charged for shipping to an address abroad are visible to you when you purchase the product.

Article 4 - The price
The prices listed on our webshop are always inclusive of VAT. The costs that must be paid for shipping the product will be visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.   4.2.
If you authorize us to automatically charge an amount of your account number, you are required to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the authorities that should be aware of it. In addition, police are reported.
The price quoted on the product on the website can not be changed during your purchase.
You pay the amount that is visible on the product and what is also confirmed to you if you agree electronically with the purchase. This includes the purchase price.
When you buy a product during a non-action period, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

Article 5 - Complaints and Warranty
Complaints about delivery must be reported to us by phone. Our staff are happy to help you. We will then contact the relevant supplier
Inclusion regarding the delivery of the product. Of course our deliverers do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged at your home.
Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us in writing. These can not be answered by us personally. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact you with the manufacturer or wholesaler and will act as intermediary for you. If it is within our capabilities, we will solve the problem for you.
Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint is always in writing. After a complaint has been settled, you will receive a survey on the complaint settlement afterwards. We kindly ask you to fill in this and send us back. We want to provide you with excellent service at all times.
Any product we deliver to you is subject to a warranty. How long this warranty takes is entirely dependent on the product. On most products, a one-year warranty applies. Should this be different, you can read this in the written confirmation you receive from us on the product you have purchased and on the invoice that is sent to you by e-mail. We can only offer a limited warranty on consumable and used products such as gift certificates. If you find any defect or defect in any of our items, please report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If the product is broken within the warranty period, we will refund the full purchase amount. However, this does not apply when there is intent or intention
Deliberate damage. Also, please contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. It may be possible to claim this on the property insurance.
