Returns
Of course, you have the option of returning your order in accordance with the terms set out in our terms and conditions. More about returning orders through the Van Eeghen Footcare webshop, please read our terms and conditions.
You can terminate the agreement without a statement of reasons within 14 working days of receipt of the products. You must then return the ordered products in good and unused condition (sealed and thus in original packaging), including any accompanying gifts. With each order you will find a return form.
You can return the products by delivering it as a package with the return form at a Post NL shop. You will receive a refund of your purchase amount within 30 days. You can also return your products ordered in our online shop in our practice in Amsterdam. This is only possible on display of your invoice and in original sealed packaging.
